Justin Nathan is Chief of Staff at Taylor’s Education Group (TEG), where he works closely with the Group’s leadership to drive strategic priorities, strengthen organisational alignment and oversee cross functional initiatives that support long term growth. Bringing more than 20 years of experience in Malaysia and the United Kingdom, he has held leadership roles across the banking, education, technology, media and energy sectors, including Silverlake Systems, University of Southampton, Centrica, Global Creations, Optidigit and YZ Infomate. His expertise spans information technology, operations and process transformation with a strong focus on organisational effectiveness.

Prior to his current role, Justin served as Chief Operating Officer of Taylor’s University, where he oversaw strategic and operational management including student services, information and communication technology, library, strategic change management, marketing, and facilities management.
